In Switzerland, our close-knit and successful team of 40 real estate specialists manages the real assets portfolio of AXA Switzerland as well as the real estate investments of AXA Anlagestiftung and AXA Immovation real estate funds, with assets totalling in excess of CHF 15.5 billion (as at 31 December 2020). Invest in Swiss residential property

The AXA Immovation Residential real estate fund invests in Swiss residential real estate in high-growth economic regions. The fund is broadly diversified both regionally and in terms of building and tenant structure. Investments are made mainly in existing properties, but also in attractive development and construction projects. At least 80 percent of rental income derives from residential use.

The AXA Immovation Commercial real estate fund invests in commercial real estate in Switzerland. Investments are made mainly in office properties, retail space and commercial and mixed-use properties with long-term rental income in economically strong cities and their well-connected suburbs.2
